Our products (except for the Silver Savings Package, scroll down for further details) can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 7 days

The product is in its original packaging- The product isn't damaged- You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges


Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

Return & Cancellation Policy for the Silver Savings Packet and other Bullion Products:
Cancellation Policy
After you have placed your order, you have a two hour grace period in which to contact us and cancel your order.  To cancel you must call us at 415-899-0100 and get a cancellation confirmation.
If you do not contact us within two hours after you have placed your order, the order is final. This is due to the price volatility in the precious metals markets. So if you have any questions, please contact us before you purchase an item.
Return/Refund Policy
We only accept returns if the items have been damaged due to shipping and handling.When purchasing an item, please keep this in mind.
If an item is damaged due to shipping and handling, please ship it back to the return address. When we have received the item, we will give you a full refund.
Shipping Policy
All of our products are shipped via the US Postal Service, in order to cut down on shipping costs. However, shipping prices may vary depending on the item's weight. Your item will be shipped in a padded shipping envelope (for smaller items) or box (for larger items).We also have shipping insurance available. Please note that shipping insurance will increase the price of shipping. For higher priced items, shipping insurance is included in the shipping costs. Once we have received your order, we will ship it out within 48 hours. We will notify you when we have shipped your item.
When you will receive your item, is dependent on the US Postal Service. It may take a few days or a few weeks depending on your location.
